Makeup Remover Towel

The Makeup Remover Towel's are made of 100% polyester. The front side is used to remove makeup and the back side is used to gently exfoliate your skin. 

The towel is machine washable up to 1500 times. Wash in cold or hot water (do not exceed 140°F) then air dry (reccomended) or tumble dry on low heat. Do not use fabric softener on the towel. 

Return Policy:
New and unused items can be returned for a refund (excluding any shipping charges) to the original form of payment within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packing with tags still attached if applicable. Items in new and unused condition in their original packaging with tags still attached if applicable can be returned for store credit (excluding shipping charges) within 31 to 60 days from delivery. If items are not in a new or unused condition, not in their original packaging or missing tags the item will be sent back to you with no refund or credit given. Refunds can take 8-10 business day to be seen in your account. 
How to submit a return: 
Send an email to returns@sierrasbeauties.com with your order # and name. If you are eligible for a refund or store credit we will send you a return label with further instructions on how to return the item. 
Exchange Policy: 
New and unused items in their original packaging with tags still attached if applicable can be exchanged for a different item within 60 days of delivery. Send an email to exchanges@sierrasbeauties.com with your order # and the item you want to exchange it for. If you are eligible for an exchange you will be sent a return label for your item, but will be responsible for shipping of the new item if necessary. (An invoice for shipping if necessary will be emailed to you.) The new item will be sent once we receive the original item and the shipping invoice (if necessary) is paid. 
Damaged Items Policy: 
If your items arrive with any damage or defect let us know within 8 days of delivery and we will exchange the item for a new one. Email us at orders@sierrasbeauties.com with your order # and photos of the damaged or defective items. We will send you a return label to send the original item back and we will cover shipping of the new item. The new item will be sent immediately.

Allow up to 2 business days for your order to process. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday (except for major holidays.) Delivery time may vary based on your selected shipping method at checkout. You will recieve a confirmation email when your order is placed and an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Our Makeup Remover Towel will save you $$ in your skincare routine.  No more buying makeup wipes or wasting your face cleanser. Our towel can be used up to 1500 times! 

Start by wetting your Makeup Remover Towel with warm water. Use the front side (the side without the tag) to gently wipe away all of your makeup. Rinse the towel as you use it when it starts to get full of makeup to continue removing all of your makeup. To get water proof mascara off wet your lashes with water generously. Then start gently wiping your lashes until the mascara is gone. Removing water proof makeup will take more time so be patient. You can add skin safe oil to your lashes to help remove the waterproof mascara faster if you prefer. 

When all of your makeup is gone give the towel a good rinse. Then use the back side (with the tag) to gently exfloiate your skin. If any makeup comes off wipe your face again with the front side until no makeup remains. 

After your makeup is removed use your normal face cleanser to clean your skin. You face cleasnser will work much better as it will be able to clean your skin instead of only remove your makeup.
