How long does a hair & makeup appointment take?
I plan two hours for a hair & makeup appointment. If you are getting just hair I plan on an hour or just makeup I plan on an hour and 15 minutes. If you need time for travel we will add that on top of the two hours.
How long does a hair color appointment take?
This will vary from person to person and what kind of service you are getting. On average appointments are 2 1/2-3 hours long. Set up a free consultation and we can discuss how long your appointmetn will take.
What if I don't know the technicals terms or what type of service I need/want?
No problem! I don't expect you to know the proper terms or techniques of what you are wanting done. We will go over everything and make sure to choose the correct service for you.
Is tipping required?
Tipping is NOT required. If you choose to tip it is very much appreciated and how much you tip is up to your discretion. I never want my clients to feel obligated to tip or feel bad if they don't tip. Because of this I won't offer a tipping screen to you when you checkout or ask if you want to add a tip. If you do choose to tip you can let me know before I run your card or tips can be sent via venmo or given in cash. Tipping can be associated with how much you liked your service. So letting me know you like your hair, sharing about it on social media, or referring your friends and family to me is the best tip.
