Return Policy:
New and unused items can be returned for a refund (excluding any shipping charges) to the original form of payment within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packing with tags still attached if applicable. Items in new and unused condition in their original packaging with tags still attached if applicable can be returned for store credit (excluding shipping charges) within 31 to 60 days from delivery. If items are not in a new or unused condition, not in their original packaging or missing tags the item will be sent back to you with no refund or credit given. Refunds can take 8-10 business day to be seen in your account.
How to submit a return:
Send an email to returns@sierrasbeauties.com with your order # and name. If you are eligible for a refund or store credit we will send you a return label with further instructions on how to return the item.
Exchange Policy:
New and unused items in their original packaging with tags still attached if applicable can be exchanged for a different item within 60 days of delivery. Send an email to exchanges@sierrasbeauties.com with your order # and the item you want to exchange it for. If you are eligible for an exchange you will be sent a return label for your item, but will be responsible for shipping of the new item if necessary. (An invoice for shipping if necessary will be emailed to you.) The new item will be sent once we receive the original item and the shipping invoice (if necessary) is paid.
Damaged Items Policy:
If your items arrive with any damage or defect let us know within 8 days of delivery and we will exchange the item for a new one. Email us at orders@sierrasbeauties.com with your order # and photos of the damaged or defective items. We will send you a return label to send the original item back and we will cover shipping of the new item. The new item will be sent immediately.
